One of New York City’s most beautiful (but perhaps lesser known) gems is the remarkable contemporary stained glass window that artist Kiki Smith and architect Deborah Gens created for the Eldridge Street Synagogue, now known as the Museum at Eldridge Street.
If you’re in New York City between now and October 25, I highly recommend spending some time with Stanley Whitney’s colorful grids at the Studio Museum in Harlem.
I recently spent time in beautiful Parker, Colorado, installing this lobby feature wall at the Parker Recreation Center.

Another little “Throwback Thursday” share, as I sift through some older projects this week…
I work with many different kinds of clients in many different kinds of settings. Over time, I’ve discovered that some of these clients find me while searching for something else.
As I mentioned in another recent post, sometimes there is long gap between the installation of a piece and the ability to share final images of the full work in context, given the many swirling variables of construction, permits, travel, etc. Such has been the case with a new project that I’m happy to share this week, although it actually was completed last fall – a pair of backlit glass art screens for Temple Adath Israel in Merion Station, Pennsylvania.
After sharing my most recent elevator corridor glass installation, I remembered that I had never shared a similar installation created for Fallsgrove Plaza Medical/Office Building in Rockville, Maryland back in 2013 (though I did write a short blog post about it last January).
I’m pleased to share an elevator corridor art glass installation that I recently completed for the brand new Longwood Center in Boston.
Every winter, around this time, I start to get cabin fever.
